It sounded to me like they gave the right dosage for their age. They just gave it from the vials marked for adults instead of the vials marked for kids.

Without using the correct syringes/stuff, You're depending on humans to constantly draw out the exact 'third' amount, into a syringe that likely doesn't have that amount specifically marked. so now it's guesswork on whether that amount is even correct. And, as someone else mentioned, the FORMULATIONS ARE DIFFERENT. 5-11 is NOT AUTHORIZED to be interchangeable with the 12+ shot, and is likely again different from the adult version. Each of them have different amount of diluent per vial, so that'll change the ratio of "vaccine" to saline in the shot.
