Once the election has been certified at the federal level it can’t be undone. The Supremes ruled on this years ago. They said that at some point enough is enough otherwise every election would be in the courts for the entire term of office. *Lawyer Robert Barnes*
IIRC, Pence doesn’t certify anything...he reads the results into the Federal Record.
