I had a fantastic tuna pizza in Agnone, Italy years ago.

They used smoked tuna, super-thin crust and marinara sauce, very simple, very good.

This one looks interesting.

That, I would eat. I lived in Italy (Napoli region) for three years. They do some good stuff with tuna and other fish/seafood.

But this pizza sounds awful.
