My representative's office will not pick up the phone when I call. My representative is always running ads on the radio asking constituents to call if they need help with Medicare, vets benefits, etc. Apparently my number is now blocked.

If my Representative replied "sorry, we can get no information on why Mr. Epps was not arrested", I believe I could live with that. But I feel like I am being gaslighted.

Over the years I have had several occasions to call not only Representatives offices, but also Senators. Best Result was Ben Nighthorse Campbell's office. I called for a client about a mortgage servicing company not responding to a payoff request on a VA mortgage. The response was immediate and results damn near as fast.
Funniest part was I had earlier called Patricia Schroder’s office, same problem, same client. Their answer, to paraphrase: Rep. Schroder would only be interested if it is a women's issue or if your client is female.
