I would add Big Media to his unholy trinity. In fact I have mentioned all four in the past here. There is no doubt they are all colluding together. Interlocking board directorships are part of the problem, in addition to money. As I learned long ago on Free Republic, always follow the money. And Big Pharma splashes it around to all of the other three.
This is why big pharma run all of those ads. It gives them leverage with the media on Setting the agenda and how to shape news into “good pr”. The cost is Passed on to the consumer.
