Ideally we will all go to plant based nutrition and not have to take extras....its hard to do in North America because of growing seasons limit our access to fresh greens and veggies let alone sunlight....

Even during the supply chain issues last winter I saw fresh kale, spinach, lettuces, collards and turnip greens all throughout the winter at the grocery stores.
