your problem was lack of mag, not abundance of D.
I dunno- it’s happened twice when i had to take high vit d amounts- and stopped when i came off the D- both times-
I used to get crazy stones- had over 60 one year, with lots of small sand-like stuff- red in color- during the year as well- next year was around 40 stones- then they stopped- then i had the low D issue a few times in the following years- that’s when the stones came back-
