I get the largest bottle of Source Naturals Magnesium Malate. My wife prefers the Natrol High Absorption Magnesium Chew Tablets.

We take at least one magnesium a day, but that equates to only about 1/3 of the magnesium needed in a day. If we don’t have a higher magnesium food, we’ll take two.
