FBI was supposed to purge their records by a time certain, after the background check was completed. FFL dealers were required to keep their 4473 hard copies indefinitely. When they closed their business, they went to ATF. ATF also goes in and scans their records. What could possibly go wrong?

Just put the right guy in the White House, and then he can tell them to hit the "delete key" or lose their jobs.

Of course, that assumes the election isn't stolen ... but assumption. :(

Go to a free state and buy privately.

Let’s see the first hint of them attempting to use this database.

The White House recently launched a major offensive against gun owners and dealers. YouTube hosts are being arrested for having had accepted sponsor money from manufacturers who sell products the ATF has now decided are illegal. The ATF is currently confiscating forced reset triggers (FRT’s) from dealers after arbitrarily and fraudulently declaring them to be machine guns despite the fact they only discharge one round for each pull of the trigger. This is a deliberate campaign of harassment and oppression.

New gun sale records set each year especially with new gun owners. Liberals are buying guns in huge numbers also.
Everyone wants to be safe even liberals.

My sister lives in ultra liberal Loudoun Cty VA and all her women friends, conservative and liberal alike are buying guns in droves.

It will be difficult to pass future anti gun legislation.

I transferred all of my guns to illegal immigrants in private sales. They paid big money.

I am using the money to buy a villa on the on the Montezuma Coast, far away from Joe Biden and his woke ass hats.

I want to thank the BATF for all of their support over the years. ( Sarc.)

Sure, buy it from a person and not from a gun store. Private transfer is completely legal.

Depends on your state. In New Mexico, private transfers of firearms required an FFL background check beginning July 1, 2019. So, one just has to keep track of any actual FFL purchases after that date as anything purchased prior to that date could conceivably be said to have been sold to a private party legally with no FFL involved. Yeah. I know some folks who have done that a lot. Just to confuse the issue for the dotgovs.

Everybody, line up and pass your firearm to the person on your left. When the music stops playing, take what you have home with you and clean it. Thanks!

Expect to have to forfeit every gun purchased through the regular systems since the Brady Bill became law.

About the ammo - all used up since I knew the gun was going to be confiscated.

My gun?

I already gave it to the local police last week.

What? They have no record of it.

Let me tell you what the officer looked like.
[The description of the nastiest local cop you’ve encountered]

Set the federal thugs and local police at each other’s throats.

Most states allow you to buy from a private party without a background check.

Blinded gun burying:

Have local gun owners get together.

Collect voucher signatures on numbered cards.

Now put on masks.

If you encounter a person with signatures you trust, drive off together 20 to 50 miles, blindfolding yourself so you don’t know where you are. Get dropped off. Travel on foot and bury gun, remembering your drop off scenery and path well. Have driver circle back in about an hour. Blindfold yourself until back in town.

Even torture of one of you cannot reveal where gun is.

To retrieve gun, gun owners would gather together using card numbers.

Card bearer knows where to drive to. Gun owner then knows where to walk to.

So essentially if you are in the FBI, ATF etc... you are a lying, ethically challenged POS, cause I am not seeing any whistleblowers from any of these agencies exposing their criminal activities.

No, there are no records here at ATF on your 4473, as per federal law, but the ten checks we made on you have all been logged by date and your name elsewhere.

And we know the only reason why all those checks would have been made.

So fork over the gun or you’ll pay the IRS dearly in years to come.
