Examples are the Quaker oats guy, Little Debbie girl and Rosa of refried beans fame. There are a handfull of others.
I never could figure out why Uncle Ben on a box of rice or Aunt Jemima on a box of pancake mix were ‘wasis’ but boxes of Wheaties with LeBron James’ picture on them were selling for 120 bucks on ebay with the “white supremacists” grabbing them up like a stack of Aunt Jemima hotcakes. Go figure.

As to the Washington urinals I long ago proposed that they contract with a tribe or group of tribes to use the name Redskins.
The contracted tribe(s) would get a small check each year for use of the name and a small % of apparel and souvenir sales.

This is simply an example of totalitarian out of control govt. Why should they care at all? Because the voters are demanding govt control of everything. They are going against a proposed LAW, which would prohibit the names. Yes, I’m against any such LAW, no matter who came up with it. In this case probably high-falutin’ whites.
