Special Counsel John Durham is not yet finished with his investigation into the Obamagate scandal, and a new report says his efforts have expanded.
According to recent court filings, Durham has gained access to a significant amount of FBI internal affairs files in his effort to uncover the Obama administration’s maneuvers to promote bogus allegations against Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election. Team Obama’s disingenuous investigation of the anti-Trump allegations, called Crossfire Hurricane, relied on the discredited Christopher Steele dossier, which was paid for by party activists.
The Washington Times reports that “Three times in his 19-page submission Mr. Durham tells the judge that his team is conducting an ‘active, ongoing criminal investigation’ not limited to the defendant, former Hillary Clinton campaign legal adviser Michael A. Sussmann.”

Durham was appointed as special counsel in December 2020 in order to protect the investigation, which began while he was a U.S. Attorney, from being quashed by the Biden administration. Joe Biden promptly fired all Trump-appointed U.S. attorneys in his first weeks in office.
This is obviously not good news for Joe Biden, who has been implicated in the scandal. During his confirmation hearings, U.S. Attorney Merrick Garland refused to commit to protecting the Durham investigation.
Durham reportedly now has access to over 130,000 pages of new material, with 492,000 pages more expected. It is a lot harder for a president to fire a special counsel than a U.S. attorney.

Witnesses have actually died. Most have retired or moved on to other positions. How will their memories be from 2015?
There is no murder, so statutes of limitations also run.

It won’t be that hard to fire him. The MSM just won’t report it and Psaki won’t comment on it. Therefore, it will be like it never happened. They may even gin up their own glowing report and pass it off as Durham’s
ONce again, more good news, Durham is taking possession of something like 600,000+ evidenciary documents and of course the typical leftist infiltraitors have to criticize it. Amazing how many communist democrats come on this board to denigrate every bit of Durham’s work.

He can't. Griftway Pundit owns the copyright on using "BOMBSHELL!" and "BOOM!" for stories that are neither bombshells nor booms.
He's instead had to claim "HUGE!" as his trademark.

Not sure I agree. With Biden as Pres. And Merrick as AG Durham could shut this down easily. He hasn’t. I think Covid played a big part in slowing this down. Hard to meet with witnesses, grand jury, govt workers working from home, and many still are. Just as Covid disrupted the rest of our lives it disrupted Durhams investigation.

It’s not moving slowly.
This isn’t television. It’s real. It’s a complex racketeering prosecution and the prosecutor only has one shot at an indictment - and given the stakes, he has to stay inside the lines and not prosecute a case he can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
Waiting for Hitlery to expire.... nothing will happen.
