I am now retired, but when I was in the (already woke) workplace I had to heavily self-censor.
That was part of the stress of the place—there were so many people eager to accuse others of “triggering” them.....
It was actually easier to avoid speaking at all.
Congrats on getting out. I have about ten years to go and don't know if I can, or will, make it.

I’m retired now too. After a long career in the Navy I had to the good fortune to be hired by a wonderful local small ($70+M) defense contractor. Just about everyone there but the IT, programmers, and artists were former or retired military. Everyone almost without exception were superb people, superb workers, and superb friends. Then, without warning (on demand of the US Government contract specialists) the owners hired a HR manager and suddenly many, especially the former military types, had to start looking over their shoulders.
It was very sad to witness. Liberals destroy everything.
Still don't use social media, as we were briefed long ago regarding the security risks of those platforms. (I.D. theft is the least of your worries)
I’m old school and no way would fit in to this woke garbage.
