I called about Patriot when they advertised on RSBN during the 2016 campaign. At that time I felt it didn’t have customer service available for long enough periods of time each day. That may have changed.

We had Verizon for almost 20 years but their customer service became so wretched that we switched to T-Mobile. $70/month flat for unlimited everything, on a seniors plan — half of our Verizon bill.

When we signed up, the spiel was that customer service is all USA and in English. Not true. For sales ... yes. After they hook you, it’s Peggy.

One result of CCP Flu is the decline in customer service overall. It’s an excuse for suck-y CS, and I wonder how long they can dine out on that.

We had verizon for a few years. were stuck with it with landline phone. There was a disputed amount in our favor that they wanted us to wait until it processed thru their system. I had the audacity to take the credit early...

Verizon cut off every method of communication for our family while my husband was having major back surgery. I had to ask my mother-in-law if I could use HER phone to call them. The teenagers were NOT happy.

We then had ATT when we moved back to TX. Wished we had switched to PureTalk earlier too. THOUSANDS could’ve been saved.
