I called about Patriot when they advertised on RSBN during the 2016 campaign. At that time I felt it didn’t have customer service available for long enough periods of time each day. That may have changed.
We had Verizon for almost 20 years but their customer service became so wretched that we switched to T-Mobile. $70/month flat for unlimited everything, on a seniors plan — half of our Verizon bill.

Verizon cut off every method of communication for our family while my husband was having major back surgery. I had to ask my mother-in-law if I could use HER phone to call them. The teenagers were NOT happy.
