How were they difficult? I have Verizon and plan on switching.
I perhaps gave you information that could be interpreted wrong: The Verizon store “could not sell us” new telephones (2 had physical damage, bad internal connections.) They sent us to Best Buy - who sold us phones incompatible with Verizon service - even after telling us the new phones would work. We had to work through Patriot Mobile to get internal SIM cards sent to us that would finally work.
Patriot DID GET my family on-line (after the new cards arrived), but they had to work harder against Verizon and Best Buy to do it successfully. D
