I don’t think you should make conclusions about the court case against the parents unless you’ve read the actual court case. Freepers agonize when tragic stories happen to little kids in the custody of their parents, then turn around and make blanket judgements about custodians in this case. I would say that those stairs don’t look like a great place for a little girl.
The parents probably hid the little girl because they were worried the court system would take her away from them. A little room under the stairs may be no big deal. I don't know what it looks like, but it may be okay.
Given that the people who are putting out this story seem to think it's a big deal, I think it probably isn't. I don't trust the media liars either.
I find it odd that the parents are cooperating with each other unless they are in the right and the court is in the wrong.
I notice other people wonder what was the original reason why the child was placed with other people. I suspect we don't know the reason because it's not very good.
Seeing how she was found under the stairs with her mother, I doubt she was living there. Probably just went there to hide when someone knocked on the door.
