If you’re invovled in a shooting inside an apartment building, it’s hard to stop a round going through a wall (which was what the cop was charged with). Remember, the cops were shot at first as they came through the front door. The cop should never have been put on trial.

If anyone is interested in hearing from another officer involved in the Breonna Taylor debacle.

Andy Stumpf former Seal Team Six member has a podcast called “Cleared Hot”, recently he had John Mattingly on, Mattingly was a Louisville Cop who was the first in the room in the Breonna Taylor situation, he was actually shot in the leg.

The podcast episode number is 221.

Pretty interesting to get some insight into the situation.

It was legal for the cops to break down the door. It was legal for Taylor’s boyfriend to open fire on cops breaking down the door. It was legal for the cops to return fire and kill Taylor.

Given all these “legal” actions keep leading to deaths of (often non criminal) residents and cops I think it is time to reevaluate when cops are allowed to break into a home or business.

It’s a valid self-defense to shoot at people breaking into your house in the middle of the night, even if it’s unannounced cops serving a no-knock warrant.

This is the problem with no-knock warrants. They put law enforcement in direct conflict with our inalienable rights and frequently ends in death on one or both sides of the door.

I think at this point,we are beyond riots but certainly not street protests, chanting and signs. The time has come and gone for arson, broken shop windows and looting. Inaction or orders to stand down on the part of police to any 3 or 4 alarm situation would not go over well with many more millions of Americans who have had enough. Even if JBid’s approval ratings were a little higher they wouldn’t be authorized to happen.

Hard to tell. We live just south of Louisville, our hometown. This happened in March 2020 but funnily enough the protests/riots didn’t start till after George Floyd died. They were hot and heavy till about...I think last summer? Supposed to be halfway nice this weekend, so it’s hard to tell what will happen.

She died in March 2020 but the protests/riots didn’t start till after George Floyd died. Kinda petered out around summertime last yr. Supposed to be nice this weekend, highs in the 60s/70s so we’ll see what happens. Glad we don’t have any reason to go downtown this weekend but still, it’s our hometown, and it’s royally sucked to see what it has become.

There is enough of that. People are getting very tired of the cancel culture and black lives matter bs.

That isn't what Officer Brett Hankison did. He didn't return fire from the entryway toward the front door, he fired thru the living room sliding glass door and thru the bedroom window. He never had eyes on a target.

Why is it important that the jury consisted of 8 men and 4 women?
= = =

8+4=12

Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6.

Well, that used to be, but after reading about some of the 1/6 defendeants I am not sure.

The “demonstrations” usually have to wait until the weather gets better.

The Regime may also decide they need to wait a bit and have another hot summer to distract before the elections.

I am curious why you feel that way. Because Soros/DNC calls the shots and now is not a good time to raise hell? That would not surprise me.
