Chappelle had a good piece on Sesame Street too.
R.I.P., Emilio.
Thousands of kids watched you and loved you.
Awww mannn
The earlier you brainwash children the better.
Awww... I remember him. RIP, Emilio.
My husband used to fly for his job rather frequently. One time he was returning home, and sat next to a man who looked very familiar to him. He couldn’t figure it out, so he finally told the man next to him that he looked so familiar but he just couldn’t place him. The man asked him if he had children, and my husband said, yes, he had a 3 year old and a one year old. Then he said, maybe you’ve seen me on TV. I play Luis on Sesame Street.
Emilio was just as nice as he could be. The funny thing was, he was coming to town for the Sesame Street Live show at the big convention center, and we had tickets for the four of us! It was even more fun because of the chance encounter.
We will always love you and miss you, Mr. Delgado! Rest in Peace!
My dad believed Sesame Street was subtle commie indoctrination of children so my siblings couldn’t watch it. (I was too old.)
I still have my vhs of the day Luis married Maria.
I remember Luis from childhood! RIP
My daughters found his repair work interesting and then watched what I was doing in my workshop. They’re all grown up now do a lot of their own work
RIP Buddy, good work
