He should have to pay for all the work the police did...and all the costs of anything. He has to pay 120K in restitution. They won't see a dime of it and it will probably be forgiven. He should be in jail the same amount of time that would have been given to a person who would have committed the crime.
But since he's black, gay, and part of Hollyweird he gets a pass.

Sometimes it pays to read to the end of the excerpt.
“…ordered to pay $120,106 in restitution to the city of Chicago.”
That amount seems to be low, though.

I’m going off of memory, but I think the judgement called for 120K in “restitution” and a 50K fine.
