I have gained respect for Darryl Hall as a musician/vocalist after watching “Live from Darryl’s House.” Hall wouldn’t have been as good of a fit as Hagar, but I think he could have pulled it off.
I second that re: Daryl’s house…some of those songs he sounded better than ever, what a great distinct voice!
