Cosine, secant, tangent, sine, 3.14159!
A rational number is the ratio of two INTEGERS. But if you try to compute a circumference from an integer diameter/radius, or the diameter from an integer circumference, you won’t have two integers to work with. Either the numerator or the denominator will be irrational. Of course, you use Pi to compute these two, so it ends up being the “chicken/egg” dilemma.
That’s my quick take.

The whole story about Columbus trying to prove the earth is round is a myth told by worldly people to make us think Christians thought the Earth is flat. That's fake education. It's BECAUSE they knew the earth was round that the King of Spain hired Columbus to sail west in hoping to be able to wind up in the far east and re-establish trade routes between Europe and the far east. The old trade routes were done away with by peaceful, loving, diversity thinking Muslims (traveling on the old sea routes meant facing convert-or-die situations) and global cooling (the Little Ice Age made travel across the Himalayans virtually impossible, unlike during the Mediaeval Warm Period).

That’s the most confusing poem I’ve ever tried to pick up, if you want simple version just make a fist, starting with your index knuckle go January and then the dip February and then the next knuckle March and so on you get to the end of that fist on July... and then you go right back to the first index knuckle and start with August.
