I suspect most if not all the women are on athletic scholarships and have been told that speaking out and any type of protest would threaten their scholarship. It leaves the women in a terrible position - conform or you (or more likely your parents) pay your way through school.
I’ll loan them my extra pair of hedge clippers to remedy this small problem.
That is for females (real females) to abstain from all further competition until those who write and enforce the rules governing women's sports admit and acknowledge that women's sports are intended for women and that if you have a penis you have no business competing.

Cognitive dissonance: when beliefs and actions are in conflict. One of the two needs to change, or the person is uneasy. What the left hopes to do is trigger the dissonance between what is observed (Lia is male) and what is believed (a man stops being a man when he declares that he is a woman.) By intimidation, harassment and cancelation, the left hopes to force us to disregard what we observe and solely accept the new belief system they desperately want us to adopt.
