If Russia had any inkling of them having a nuclear weapons
program, they would have exposed it for all the world to
hear.
I don’t honestly think the Ukraine could evacuate this lab
in the manner you seem to think they could, in just a short
period of time.

***I’m just looking at it from their perspective, what I would do in their shoes. Ask yourself why the Russkies even bother to post this story, it’s inconsequential if it were just a lab for handling nuke waste... and why did the Russkies destroy it? That does not add up.
