Once again you speak without knowing something. The bill specifically bans discussion in K-3 about sexual orientations and gender identity.

That was my opinion too, but I decided I was more wrong than right.

3. Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.
So it comes down to what "appropriate" means and what the "state standards" are. At the end of the day, that may not specifically mean "discussion is banned," but it's very close. Which is fine with me.
