Bio Labs are used for lots of various research.
Cures for diseases, pathogens and virus of different kind.
Many Bio Labs work on weaponizing pathogens.
Good loving trusting Countries work on weapons and evil bad countries work on weapons.
The good loyal to Merica countries work on bio weapons because the EVIL COUNTRIES WORK ON BIO WEAPONS.
The Bio Labs in Ukraine are no different than the bio labs in Sweden, or Brazil, or Canada, or Finland.
Many Bio Labs in different nations contract with the U.S. for specific research or a wide range of researching.
Why does the U.S. contract out?
For the same reason you don’t want a bio lab working on Ebola in your neighborhood.
Congress passed a Law that Outlaws certain pathogen research and certain viruses.
For example, 2 well known viruses that are Not allowed to be researched here are Ebola and SARS type viruses.
So the U.S. contracts with other Labs where such research is allowed.
This research and development MUST take place. We need to be able to combat an outbreak or attack.
Because if you think China, North Korea, Iran and Russia aren’t working on the worse of the worse, than your not in reality.
