Last time I checked, you don’t need the victims testimony for a prosecution of a crime.

Do you live in Kalifornia? Are you familiar with LAPD rules? Things are totally different there.

No kidding? and NO I am not familiar.

So if you were to commit a crime against someone, and they refused to press charges, but a witness wants to, they can’t either?
