Not when it’s as bad as it is. If you can’t vaguely keep up with supply (on the Internet, where digital goods are literally limitless), what will happen is people will give up, leave, and not come back.

Twitter and Facebook didn't experience the response that TS has received, so they didn't face the same technical hurdles that TS is having due to the huge demand. I'm sure TS will get things sorted out over the next few months.
