This isn’t the video I remember which featured something similar with Eastern Eruopean men shooting their buddy in a vest using an AK 47. Except the shooter missed the vest and hit the man in the arm. In this one at least he hit the vest but even if the bullet didn’t penetrate the vest, it probably broke all of the bones in his chest. What idiots.
