Jeffrey Dahmer was a pretty sick dude—but not necessarily evil if you ever listen to his interviews. Although he did some pretty evil stuff.
Pol Pot is certainly up there
Stalin was an evil guy
Ted Bundy was certainly a very evil man —i think he even said “i’m the most heartless son of a.......you’ll ever meet” or something like that
I can imagine theres some hombres in Mexican cartels that are pretty evil people (and many of them are probably here too)
Theres are countless evil people in todays democrat party—very evil. The question is if any of them have the real capability of harnessing all that evil into hell on this earth.

Many reliable accounts indicate Jeffrey Dahmer repented of his sins and became a Christian before he was murdered in prison.
I hope to one day meet Jeffrey Dahmer in heaven someday.
