Isn’t ECGC the compound found in green tea?
I have been taking it for years but during pandemic added homemade tonic water, zinc, quercetin, D and B 12. Magnesium and melatonin at night.

Found that sufficient quantities of tonic water does this.
Lot of tonic water. 3-5 liters/day. (contains quinine)
Also, that the bottles of quinine bark caps from walmart or amazon worked just fine, too . . . the ones for muscle cramp relief.
