At least the guy got out of there with both ears intact......
Iron Mike is 55 and outside some celebrity events hasn’t professionally boxed in 20+ years. He’s still in pretty good shape but the 1 punch Mike days are in the rearview.
Guy must have been chewing Mike’s ear off.
I saw a video of him training on the heavy bag last year.
He’s still fast and throws bombs.
I met the guy who won the fight against Mike Tyson, technically won it.
I am a big guy, but Kevin McBride is really impressive to behold in person. The guy has gotta be 6’6”-6’8” over 300Lbs. Something like that. Very amicable. It was just a couple or 3 years ago. He is a nice guy. He lives around Boston and I have met a ton of his friends.
Kevin would have probably lost that fight, but Tyson just quit.
I would never mess with Iron Mike.
I agree. Otherwise the ‘poor victim’ would be DOA!
YES!
Y’alls gotta be some kind of stupid to pi$$ off Mike Tyson. Alcohol or not.
“I think he may have a problem unless he can convince the cops that he held back and did not use his full strength.”
No, Tyson was wrong here. The laws are very explicit with physical attacks. He could only use his fists if he was attacked and as long as he was being attacked. If the attack discontinues, he is required to escape.
There is no privilege to start a physical altercation. There is no such law allowing preemptive self defense.

Stupid white kids acting black with their Ebonics garbage. That one clown got what he deserved… actually got off east.
Ping to vudeo of the world going all topsey turvy.
Tyson will pay big for that...
“I expect the Mike is going to do serious prison time for this incident.”

Sad to say this, but you’re probably right. That is, unless a good attorney can get a jury to say: Nope.
Along these lines, jury nullification might play in his favor. Obviously that’s a last ditch option, the Hail Mary Pass followed by the Immaculate Reception.
The question remains how guys like Tyson are expected ordinarily to put a definitive end to the kind of ceaseless harassing provocation he was forced to deal with in this instance, which unfortunately is becoming more and more common.
O.J. Simpson was arguably set up with respect to the situation that resulted in him being sent to the pokey.
Not forgiving Simpson for what he did. Generally, though, anger and frustration can spin anyone up, particularly young (or youngish) men. Patience and wisdom will seem to slip away in an instant, and before you know it, it’s “Katie, bar the door...”
“If the guy was relentlessly bothering Tyson..especially if he was repeatedly name calling.”
Good luck convincing a judge that it is ok for a former professional boxer to do this....
;-)
Leave Mike Tyson Alone!!!
Professional athletes need agents and managers that explain to them “the facts of life”.
If they have bad tempers they need to be trained on how to control them under stress.
(That could save the lives of wives and girlfriends as well.)
Harass a junkyard dog, and see what happens.
It looked more like grappling than punching.
Keep poking the bear and what do you expect, dumbazz.
