I have read that some courts take the position that a pro boxer’s fists are a deadly weapon.
I think he may have a problem unless he can convince the cops that he held back and did not use his full strength.

Bad for Tyson. One punch would have shut him up.
He still would have ended up getting sued over one punch, but it wouldn’t have looked as bad.
I’m torn. I know you have to keep your cool, and violence is not the answer, but part of me thinks loud mouthed trolls getting their ‘comeupance’ is just a natural combination of human nature or poetical karma.

This guy was deliberately agitating Mike, looking for a payoff. Mike let him off easy. If he sues Mike over this I hope loses big time, both in the court and on social media.

People try to provide fighters to hit them so they can bothmsur, and brag about the incident later. I’ve seen Mike hole,his cool, when some jackinape tried provoking him before. I wonder how often it happens with him and other boxers? It’s like the gunslinger who would always have to face people trying to build their reputations.
Mike came from the streets and street brawling, so he’s more easily antagonize me thinks.
There are circumstances you can punch someone in the face
If the guy was relentlessly bothering Tyson..especially if he was repeatedly name calling.
I have warned people that am going to take their aggressive behavior as an attack and I will do whatever I need to do to defend myself.
“The View” needs to hire him as security.
