I can vouch for how lazy and stupid people got about driving during Covid.
I didn’t notice any racial specifics among the people who were driving crazy when the roads were empty here, but stupidity certainly reigned.
The Media-Dem Party see criminals as their footsoldiers in their ongoing efforts to destroy the country. They are deliberately turning up the heat to the point where people will start demanding that they do something and that something will be the nationalization of law enforcement. The new federal police force will then become the enforcement arm of the Media-Dem Party.
It was an informative segment. Think about Riggs going 150 mph ona city street. The cops were not enforcing the law.
The cops can’t be on every street all the time, even in the best of times.
We noticed lawlessness on the streets that took place often just because the roads were open, and people figured there were no cars around them.
I’m sure a lot of people in certain areas thought that they could do anything because cops were standing down; but that didn’t seem to be the case in my area. People here just went nuts because they were on open roads. (Usually things are bumper-to-bumper here through most of the daylight hours.)

While true, enforcing the laws creates a civil society that has a greater tendency to follow the laws and obey the police. People are more inclined to do the right thing even if the police (or Mom & Dad or neighbors) aren’t watching.
Stop enforcing the laws and society breaks down, then collapses, and there is no more law. We are on that path.
You are correct. But in my area, driving rules and etiquette had been breaking down for years before Covid, before
defund police’, etc..
Many people just don’t give a damn about other people anymore, and don’t think that they have any duty to be civil.
I tell you — the one place I ever see cops anymore is on the highways, patrolling and monitoring speeders. Coming back from our Easter trip we saw one at least every 10 miles.
And it’s only going to get worse unless God intervenes.
The end result is going to be vigilante justice.
People are going to be forced to do whatever is necessary to defend themselves. And at the rate it’s going, it won’t be long now.
