Question: Does blood coagulate after you die?

Answer: Postmortem coagulation of blood takes place very soon after death (it starts with cessation of blood flow and we can see large clots in large vessels approximately 0.5-1 hour after death).

Tell that to the embalmers who are seeing this happening, for the first time in their careers, in high percentages (for one, it’s gone from 65% of his cases to now over 83% of his cases) per article/their input.
