Another ex-fan here. Watched from the early days with my Dad — Cale Yarborough was his fav - but I really liked the upstart Dale Earnhardt.

Faithfully followed them all for years, even got to sit in Jeff Gordon’s pit during a race at Dover.

Haven’t watched a race in ages— after they started the stupid Chase “playoffs” and the ridiculous “mating bug” restrictor races. But the “woke” crap was the final straw, and ensures that I’m not missing a dang thing.

Same, NASCAR drivers have become like hollywood...the few times I check on the results of races now, all I can say(up and down the results order) is,...who?

Many also look like they're 12.

Seems like the "older" drivers I've watched interviewed are bitter at the direction/changes.

Yup, me too, long time fan. I stopped renewing my season tickets to KS a few years ago. I am tired of this crap. I have found better things to do with my money.

Most of the drivers I used to follow have retired.
