His mixups started by misreading numbers. I don’t watch his speeches but I would be surprised if his handlers put numbers into his speeches much.
Biden has always amazed me with his uncanny ability to say the dumbest things with all the conviction of Moses descending Mount Sinai carrying the stone tablets on which Ten Commandments were writ. What a joke he is.
