LOL, but I can’t believe that Putin takes anything from Biden’s mouth seriously (only Ukraine supporters do that), but they certainly take seriously what his handlers are doing.

Do you apply such gravitas and reliability and accuracy to ALL senior presidential advisors? Or just the ones you agree with? Throughout its history the US has had a hell of a lot of “senior advisors” who were dimwits and got a lot wrong, and who got us into a lot of trouble.
