The real problem is the public is stupid enough to believe this horse pucky.
Well if they watch MSNBC we already know they are a special kind of stupid.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Damn! Wish they’d make up their mind!
Dems hate interracial marriages.
Joe’s ratings must have tanked for him to make such a stupid controversial statement.
Possibly there is some logic here, yeah, from commie trash? A 1 in M shot.
Nevertheless. RvW was bad law since it created rights out of thin air. Yeah, you have a right to privacy, somewhat — yah don’t get to keep your prison in the basement private.
But, privacy is not equal to murdering a baby conceived by two people. Everyone gets a vote. That is not privacy, that is unilateral control — emphasis on latter.
If RvW is overruled because it was void to begin with, then any other right created out of nothing is also vulnerable. That, however, does not mean said “right” can be reversed. Reversal needs something else, something/one having been harmed by creation of the right.
For abortion the harmed parties are the sperm donor (not Dad, a dad would show up) and the fetus.
Who is harmed in the other circumstances?
Interracial marriage is a civil right protected by the Constitution. Abortion, gay marriage, and sex changes are not.
