The ranks of the RINOs have been carefully infiltrated and cultivated by the left. Make no mistake about it. It has been a many decades long process.
Trafficking is only part of the problem. The counting process is key, i.e. only legitimate votes should be counted. Cell phones have nothing to do with that. Same goes for cleaning up and maintaining the voter rolls. Cell phones have no effect on that, either.

The magnitude of the fraud is not to be believed.
The average "turnout" in the rigged Georgia counties in 2020 was 140% to 165% of Obama's record 2008 turnout.
They didn't care who noticed - and Kemp & Rattenspewer both had to know.

The Savannah fraud wasn't as unrestrained as the fraud around Atlanta, but they were using many of the same techniques, from the looks of it.

More importantly, the "mules" will NOT leave their cell phones behind. They have to maintain contact with their corrupt organizers for specific orders, not to mention habit and personal communications.
Personally, I believe that they will have to find another method of cheating. They are busted by "2000 Mules" and other investigations. Georgia just stated they are moving the last of their "drop boxes" inside the physical voting facilities. GA was one of the biggest cheaters.
The word is out and "drop boxes" will be under a microscope. Mail-in ballots (absentee) is another matter, but will also be highly scrutinized. Although successful to blatantly steal the election, the dems/socialists/commies overplayed their hand in 2020.

I wonder, if the CIA has been electronically ‘adjusting’ elections in foreign countries for years, would the revelation end the CIA, so the CIA is generating this alternate excuse for the steal? Doubtless ballot harvesting took place broadly. But the data coming in during the evening of the election shows some pretty clear electronic ‘anomalies’ which manipulated hundreds of thousands of votes. CIA cannot afford their criminality to be exposed dontchaknow.
