As for Vitamin D—sit in the sun for 15 minutes every other day. Or, take a supplement. I buy Carlson’s Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, lemon flavored, take it every morning in fall, winter, and spring. D3 is available in any price range. Supermarkets have it.
