Here’s a free online K-12 school that operates in every state with a couple live lessons per week by full certified credentialed teachers, rigorous curriculum with minimal “woke” subject matter and in general no BS.

All you need is a high speed internet connection. If you’re low income, a laptop is provided to be returned after school ends.
And it’s not easy, it’s rigorous. Students are by law allowed to participate in varsity sports at nearby public schools. There is a social media web page for parents and loads of extracurricular activities including field trips.
Parents say it is excellent. Parents can form cooperatives too, they are called learning coaches. You can still work at a job while another learning coach fills in, you work it out with other learning coaches which days you can cover.
Everything, assignments, homework, daily lessons are all scheduled in advance. You have flexibility to schedule, for example set Tuesday for all Math lessons and assignments scheduled for the week, etc. There is a teacher for each subject with available online classes and office hours.
Alert: your student will be busy, very busy and can easily fall behind. You’ll have a parent account where you see everything your student is doing and needs to do. If your student falls behind, for example, is down sick for a few days, you can run the scheduler to spread overdue coursework in weeks ahead.
Connections Academy has been doing this well before the pandemic, they got it down, they do it right.
Most bullies suck at being a bully. I completely disagree with they way low IQ, leftist teachers and school administrators have been handling bullies for the past 20 or so years. On one hand, children are told to not fight. This makes a bunch of pussy boys that have no self respect. On the other hand, bullies disregard what teachers say and continue to bully and get away of it. Kids understand the what's going on. Good kids follow the rules because they don't want to get into trouble. Bullies know that good kids won't fight back because the good kids do not want to get into trouble.
Every single bully needs an ass kicking by someone who they bullied. It puts the bully into his place and it provides self-respect to the kid being bullied. Good teachers should facilitate this.
That is what they did when I was in school. I had enough being bullied and I beat the crap out of the bully when I was in 8th grade. He was 8-inches taller and had 50 lbs on me. I was yelling at a teacher to break the fight up when I had the bully in headlock for fear that if I released the headlock I would get my butt kicked.. The teacher didn't do a thing, so I had to continue wailing on his face. I went home that day to change my clothes because they were bloody and returned to school the next day. The bully was suspended for two weeks. When he returned to school, his face was still a mess. Other kids were no longer afraid of him and made fun of his black eyes. I remember distinctly walking down the school corridor and encountering the bully the day he returned from school. I walked to the middle of the corridor and watched his reaction. He slinked along the lockers avoiding me.
This is the way you treat bullies and make men of boys. It is good for both the bully and the bullied. There are entirely too many soy boys these days. As adults they make decisions out of weakness. That's not good for families, businesses or our nation.
We need to quit using their words. Killer, murderer, mass murderer, psycopath, monster fit better than shooter or gunman.
Ramos was creepy and scary, and I don’t think it was so much “bullying” as it was an attempt to ward him off and stay away from him.
In the first semester of my sophomore year in HS (I went to school in NYC, where at that time you did 9th grade in Junior High School), I had a class with a boy - definitely a misfit, pasty white like he lived in mom’s basement before that was even a thing, and with weird eyes - who spent all his time drawing swastikas and pictures of people being shot with a handgun. We were all scared of him, and I think the boys who would occasionally nudge him were just reminding him that they were watching him.
He went home one weekend and came back with a Hitler haircut (too young for the moustache!), combat clothing and started drawing even more gruesome pictures. We were lucky…this was in the 60s, the days when teachers paid attention and schools could actually expel students like this or at any rate remove them to special programs, and there was still residential commitment for disturbed adolescents. He disappeared from the classroom about two weeks after the Hitler haircut.
So there have always been crazy, violent teenagers around (adolescent onset mental illness is the worst of all), but one time the schools could deal with them. Now it’s up to the other students to deal with them and try to make them back off.
My rising senior has been doing Connections Academy since middle school. She’s a dancer at a ballet conservatory in a professional training program. A lot of students are like her who are involved in a competitive sport or who dance or play an instrument and it would be impossible to do while attending a brick and mortar school. My daughter became a straight A student, confident and very adept at time management. This is a very good school for kids who are independent learners and like to work at their own pace and own schedule. Live lessons are recorded so can be watched any time if the student is not available during the actual live lesson time. There is a wide variety of courses to select from for electives in the course catalog. Great school!

I don’t know why the mission statement of modern education is not highlighted often; the Left has been bragging about it for decades. Education is not the main goal, their main goal is to rid the public schools of Christianity, bring about social change, with education a distant third.

If there is anyone out there who is surprised at this you should watch less TV and interact more with young people.
The "Bullied child strikes back" may be a popular trope in fiction but it rarely happens in real life. Almost never in fact.
A real bullied child is more likely to kill themselves then to say boo back to the people who push them around.
School shooters are often the people who are openly violent and aggressive. In other words, the bullies.
I read somewhere that the killer Salvador used to roam the school grounds while wearing boxing gloves, literally looking for someone to fight him. Apparently, most the kids just avoided him, because he seemed odd.
This kid was cutting his own face with a knife, got into a fight with his mom that required contact with law enforcement, had an anger problem at his Wendy’s job where he rarely interacted with anybody. He sent gun pictures to random people on Instagram with insinuations he was going on a killing spree...the red flags were everywhere.

I am personally for the full exercise of 2-A, and an old Swiss/Israeli type idea of everyone being trained to use guns.
HOWEVER, WHAT WE MUST GRAPPLE WITH —
In a free society, where leftist government has had it’s way in grooming several generations, when guns get into the hands of the left which is at war with God, war on morality, war with all.who espouse morality, war on life and liberty, war on America, and seeks for America to be replaced with global totalitarian government, and the natural ranks are filled with narcissists and sociopaths, the only possible outcome is mass death.
Immorality and liberty don’t mix, and will always result in mass violence and totalitarianism — period.
The people who run things have created an army of monsters who can be manipulated into anything for the benefit of the controllers.

It pains me to say this because I’m a staunch advocate for more law enforcement and a stronger military, but both police and military personnel will do as they’re ordered by their controllers. That is a fundamental aspect of their training, and as history confirms, the possibilities are very scary.
