This guy needs to get a new lawyer. What kind of attorney talks to the press about details of the case?
The press was asking questions about known facts and the lawyer was stupidly offering defenses or excuses for Hirsch’s behavior. His client clearly is crazy as a loon, one of those freaky, obsessive hoarders that seem to be holed up in half the buildings of NYC, and the lawyer should just keep his mouth shut and go for an insanity defense.
