Duncanville is very upper middle class.
Many move there for the basketball and football programs.
Lots of former college ball players move/live there.

Not the best part of town. Maybe not to folks that don't ever come south of the Trinity River, but this part of Duncanville is still fairly mixed race and decent.
It is across the freeway from a Costco and a Pappa's BBQ. Used to have a name licensing agreement with Bobby Knight and was called Bobby Knight's Fieldhouse.
