White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre struggled to provide a coherent answer on how President Joe Biden will address skyrocketing gas prices during a press briefing Tuesday and started to say the president is trying to "elevate" Americans' pain.
Jean-Pierre made a verbal error that American citizens may find painfully funny: "The president has been very clear in making sure that he does everything that he can to elevate—to alleviate the pain that American families are feeling when it comes to gas prices."
Gas prices have risen astronomically, putting massive financial pressure on working Americans.
Her gaffe was quickly picked up and roasted by various commentators.

Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward commented that Jean-Pierre had "got it right the first time" by saying Biden is elevating the pain.
"She's doing just great at this job," contributing editor at The Spectator Stephen L. Miller sarcastically quipped about Jean-Pierre.

Well I no that no one has accused this lady as being smart (well maybe Ginger Gobbles did) but she sure set herself up with that comment. I’m sure Peter Doocey will remind her when the 2nd quarter GDP number comes out.
That, or the POS is in on the fix when the Deep State cooks the books on the GDP number.
Ain’t a “recession” until June 2022 GDP numbers PROVE the economy has been in a decline for both Q1 and Q2 of 2022.
