The FDA had no right to block a completely legitimate product because they just didn’t like how it was advertised.
The billboards for recreational marijuana pizza and gummi bears here in Arizona don't have a hint of warning on them.

I was thinking the same re marijuana. I know several people who were finally able to quit smoking by vaping (tapering down nicotine).
Cigarettes are worse for your health than vaping, yet legal. Smoking pot is worse, too. And at least nicotine does not impair driving like pot.
