I suspect the full faith and credit clause would protect the outcome of Obergefell.
The “risk” is the Left might push for a constitutional “sex” amendment that would truly codify abortion, men in women’s sport, and any number of things.
It has to be sweet to see Joe flailing about and having to contend with a center right court in light of how he treated Thomas during the hearings. Watching those hearings is one of the reasons I’ve never liked Joe. It informed my politics and helped me become suspicious of the Left
Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.
Lawrence was a case involving sodomy and state of Texas.
Griswold was about contraceptives
Obergefell was right to marry of same sex couples.
