I have heard that “The Book of Enoch” says something about that. I have not read that Book so I don’t know if it is true.
Can you give any information about that?

The way things are going, I would also not rule out de-evolution.

Yes de-evolution. Man isn’t coming from the apes, he’s going to them.

From the Bible, we know that Enoch was Adam’s great-great-great-great grandson (and Noah’s great grandfather) who lived a holy and faithful life to the Lord. He also becomes the father of Methuselah, the longest-living man. Throughout his three-plus centuries on earth, he has numerous other offspring. Enoch is also only one of two people taken straight to heaven, escaping death altogether.
His book should be in the Bible, but it is not.

There are passages in The Book of Enoch that appear to be about space vehicles.
I believe this is a link where the translator has a bit of commentary that gives his interpretation of some of the passages.
It is well worth the read.

I am almost certain that there is no intelligent life here on Earth.

Infinity and infinite possibilities do not mean that anything you imagine exists somewhere.
Probability, the laws of physics (especially the Second Law of Thermodynamics), Occam’s Razor, and others mean that given the set of infinite possibilities, there can still remain a set of the impossible that does not intersect.

We are a miracle - an infinite universe, an eternity of time to put our molecules together in a way that could paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. What would it mean to our self-image to conclude that we are the only life in all this unimaginable vastness?

Since we can’t find intelligent life on earth, why does anyone expect they could find it somewhere else?

Have you read L Neil Smith’s “Probability Broach”? He has a mention of that happening in in the NAC universe.
