"And if we can create gravitons at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, we might be able to see evidence of them leaving our dimensions for other ones."

Don't believe the hype. The Large Hadron Collider, operational for 13 years now, has been a major bust. The only particle it has discovered is the Higgs Boson, and we were already 99 percent sure it existed anyway. The LHC has not found any evidence of supersymmetry, extra dimensions, mini black holes, strings, gravitons, dark matter, or anything else.

Particle physicists, who never tire of spending other people's money, will want to build a larger, more powerful, and more expensive collider - at public expense, of course.

Not discovering evidence of other theories is also success. The project isn’t a bust; it’s falsifying theories that aren’t proven by its testing. 99% sure in theory isn’t as good as actual empiric results.

This is money well spent.
