One thing I have long believed about the left’s treatment of Jews in Europe and blacks in America was that those two groups were the experiments in the left’s vision of the world because they were the least protected in their societies.
What the left was trying to find, I believe, is how to bring about their vision of the world by experimenting on them. If they could create a successful experiment, they would put all of society under the experiment.

Matter of fact there were rather cordial cross-Atlantic relations between Sanger's organization and the Third Reich. The Nazis deferred to Sanger's work in eugenics, with one of her flunkies even meeting with Hitler himself. After our entry into WW2 Sanger's organization did the first of several name changes in a bid to distance themselves from the Nazi stench they earlier had no problem with.
