I think I dealt with the store manager. He was older and very firm about the Stihl return policy.
I did the post because I was utterly shocked that they wouldn’t take back the unused chainsaw and want others to “beware”.
I’m sure Stihl equipment is good but more than the average consumer needs.
If you go to the Stihl website, it doesn’t give prices but rather refers you a local dealer.
Maybe you’ve noticed all the Stihl commercials that have been running. They’re after the little guy now. And also the little gal. Have you seen those manly gals running a Stihl chainsaw?
