Nine and ten happens now. Periods start when a certain proportion of physical size and fat is reached. With heavier kids these days, it trends earlier. 125 years ago, periods started at 16 +/- and then people married a couple years later. Now girls have years of horny hormones to contend with before marriage. Used to be that asking them to wait for marriage wasn’t such the big ask that it is now. Sorry for the tangent.

How are they going to prove anything? If the fetus is conveniently gone then what are they going to compare his DNA to? There was no rape kit. Why are they checking it against the girl’s siblings? Are they checking to see if any of her siblings are his kids? None of this makes sense unless the whole bunch is illegal, and someone was protecting them from ICE by sweeping the molestation under the rug until they saw a chance to use the girl to push their abortion agenda. I guess to some on the Left abortion is more important than illegal immigrants.
It will be interesting to see what happens to this guy. Did he confess because they gave him a deal? Does he get locked up or deported? If he just disappears it will stay a lot about the whole mess.

I read elsewhere, somebody retrieved the aborted fetus for testing. I think it was a Daily Mail article. I don’t remember if it identified who retrieved the fetus. If I can find the article again, I’ll give you a link.
Fuentes was arrested on Tuesday, and police have recovered the remains of the aborted fetus for a DNA comparison to the suspect.
Earlier in the article, it was stated that he was arraigned on Wednesday in Columbus, so I’m guessing it was the Columbus Police Department.
This article also says he confessed to raping her at least twice. I’m going out on a limb and guessing this was Mommy’s boyfriend. I’m also guessing the Columbus Police had no intention of bringing charges, but were pushed Into it by the publicity caused by the blabbermouth abortion activist. If they did intend to prosecute, I can’t think of a motive for them to withhold all the evidence from the Attorney General’s Office.
